Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the procedure is. It's performed under local anesthesia, so you'll be awake but feel minimal discomfort. Afterward, mild soreness is normal for a few days and is easily managed without prescription medication.

For the vast majority of patients, yes. The correction is designed to be long-lasting. In rare cases involving very severe inversion, some degree of recurrence is possible — something Dr. Feldmar will discuss with you honestly upfront.
Incisions are small and placed at the base of the nipple, where they become nearly imperceptible over time. Most patients find any residual marking is not noticeable.
